Black experiences are perpetually excluded from autism research and left out of the conversation around what inclusive diagnosis, support services, and provision of resources mean for the autistic community. Black autistic people are in significantly more danger than their white autistic counterparts, even while being Black and Autistic in their own homes. Black Autistic Lives must be represented, uplifted, accepted, supported, and protected.
