You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Alone

NeuroSpark Health’s support services go beyond diagnosis. Whether you’re navigating identity discovery, burnout recovery, relationship struggles, executive dysfunction, or workplace challenges, we’re here to support you.

Our Services Include:

Coaching

Our coaching focuses on building practical tools you can actually use, whether that’s organizing daily routines, managing overwhelm, exploring your neurotype, thriving in your career, or breaking big goals into doable steps.

Accommodations

Work and school shouldn’t feel impossible. We help you identify barriers, brainstorm possible solutions, and prepare documentation. We also guide you through navigating the accommodations process so you can get the support you need without burning out in the process.

Therapy

Therapy without the neurotypical filter. A space where you don’t have to explain stimming, info-dumping, or why eye contact is exhausting. We untangle burnout, identity, and masking so you can stop performing and start existing on your own terms.

Group Support

Meet virtually with other neurodivergent adults to connect and build community in Glimmer, our support group for autistic burnout.

Neurodivergent Coaching

We offer a variety of adult neurodivergent coaching options tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Accommodations Support

Navigating neurodivergence is already hard. Getting accommodations shouldn’t be.

Requesting accommodations can be confusing, exhausting, and often gatekept. We’re here to change that.

We offer 1:1 guidance from an Accommodations Expert to identify your needs, understand your rights, and prepare documentation that gets your needs met.

Therapy that isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finding you.

Many of our clients come to us after years of therapy that never quite worked, often because so many providers don’t understand autism, ADHD, or how neurodivergence shapes mental health.

We specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD adults in select states.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy available in my state?

Neurodiversity-affirming therapy services are currently available in New York, Arizona, Vermont, and Florida.

What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy is mental health treatment. It’s a clinical healthcare service. Therapy is a better fit when someone is experiencing significant emotional distress or mental health challenges or seeking treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, or other psychological concerns. If you’re looking for support related to a mental health condition or trauma, therapy is the best option.

Coaching is ideal for individuals seeking self-discovery, skill-building, body doubling, problem-solving, goal planning, or career progression. It’s a solution-oriented, strengths-based approach focusing on the present and future. It does not address clinical concerns or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is a better option if you’re looking for an advocate, ally, cheerleader, or collaborator.

Do you take insurance?

No, NeuroSpark Health does not take insurance and are considered out-of-network providers. Superbills are provided upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement for therapy and assessment services.

Coaching and accommodations services are not typically reimbursable by insurance.

What is accommodations consulting?

Accommodations consulting is a service designed to help neurodivergent individuals understand their legal rights, clarify what types of accommodations they need, and navigate the process of requesting support in school, work, or other settings. Whether you’re unsure what to ask for, need help wording a request, or are struggling to advocate for yourself, accommodations consulting offers personalized guidance. This service may also include  assistance gathering documentation or letters from a qualified clinician, when appropriate, to support formal accommodation requests.

How much do your services cost?
  • Therapy: $200 per session
  • Coaching: $150 per session
  • Accommodations: $150 per session
