Neurodivergent Community for Autistic and ADHD Adults
Created by Neurodivergent People for Neurodivergent People
Navigating neurodivergence can feel pretty isolating when you’re trying to figure it out alone. You shouldn’t have to mask or explain yourself just to belong. We know how important it is to find a community where we can co-exist, vent, share, relate, make friends, and get support from one another. We’ve created two affirming, low-pressure community spaces designed for late-diagnosed and self-discovering neurodivergent adults.
NeuroSpark Community
Private Facebook Group

Our private Facebook group, NeuroSpark Community, is available exclusively to current and past NeuroSpark Health clients. It’s a quiet space to stay connected and share with others who know what it’s like to live in a neurotypical world with a neurodivergent brain.
No need to mask. No pressure to perform. Just space to be exactly who you are.
Big Feelings, Little Executive Function
Public Facebook Group

If you’ve ever had too many tabs open (mentally and literally), this new group is for you.
Open to any adult navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or that indescribable “brain fog meets burnout” energy. This is where we post memes, process meltdowns, share resources, and support each other through the daily chaos of executive dysfunction.
It’s messy. It’s real. It’s us.
Why Neurodivergent Community Matters for Autistic and ADHD Adults
For so many late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults, finding community is the first time things finally start to make sense. It can be the difference between “What’s wrong with me?” and “Ohhhh, this is just how my brain works.”
