Overview
NeuroSpark Health is hiring an Oregon licensed psychologist to join our nationwide, neurodivergent-led team. We specialize in adult autism and ADHD assessments that are affirming, in-depth, and trauma-informed. Our clients are often high-masking, late-identified, and looking for clarity, validation, and next steps.
If you’re passionate about providing collaborative, identity-affirming psychological evaluations and want to help rewrite the narrative for neurodivergent adults, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications

A licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state of Oregon

Skilled in conducting diagnostic interviews and synthesizing assessment data

A strong writer who can create clear, supportive, and clinically sound reports

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, remote caseload

Knowledgeable about or aligned with neurodiversity-affirming approaches
Bonus Qualifications

Identify as neurodivergent or bring lived experience to your work

Have experience working with autistic and/or ADHD adults

Licensed in multiple states
