Glimmer is a live, virtual support group for neurodivergent adults. The group meets weekly for 75 minutes to connect, explore, process, cope with, and heal from neurodivergent and autistic burnout.
When?
Wednesdays at 7 pm EST. Meeting dates include:

- Wednesday, June 10
- Wednesday, June 17
- Wednesday, June 24
- Wednesday, July 1
- Wednesday, July 8

Discussions will be centered around topics like:

Who?
This group is set up as a cohort, so everyone who registers by the deadline will move through the group together. This group is not open for one-time drop-ins.
How much?
$480 for six (6) weekly 75-minute group sessions
– OR –
$80 per session per week for 6 weeks

What is Autistic Burnout?
Autistic burnout is more than just being “tired.” It’s a state of deep exhaustion that happens when neurodivergent adults spend too long pushing past their limits. It can look like sensory overload, emotional shutdown, and difficulty managing daily life.
For many late-identified neurodivergent people, burnout shows up after years of masking or trying to keep up with expectations that don’t fit their brains. Recognizing the signs is the first step toward autistic burnout recovery.

How Glimmer Can Help
Glimmer is a small-group program created by and for neurodivergent adults navigating burnout. Through gentle structure, community support, and space to recharge, participants can start to rebuild energy and reconnect with themselves. The group offers strategies for sustainable coping, self-compassion, and honoring your neurodivergent needs, without judgment.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in survival mode, Glimmer is designed to help you find your way back to balance.


Autistic Burnout Recovery
Glimmer is neuroinclusive and accessible:
- Video is always optional
- You are welcome to share vocally, via chat, reactions, or simply by being present
- Captions will be on
- Fidgeting and stimming are welcome and normal!
- You are welcome to unmask as you feel safe to do so
- Welcome & Review of Collective Care Agreements (how we show up with and for each other in the space)*
- Check ins (what’s your capacity? what do you need from the space today? what do you want to give to the space today? how are you arriving here today?)
- Topic/discussion question & sharing about how you have experienced this particular challenge/ element of burnout, etc.
- Closing with an invitation to share a glimmer from the past few days – something that has sparked your joy and/or something that you did to honor your limits that you want to celebrate!

Many people discover their autism or ADHD later in life, which can mean years of masking and pushing through without support… leaving your body and mind deeply tired.
