Overview
NeuroSpark Health is hiring a PSYPACT-credentialed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide virtual therapy for neurodivergent adults across participating PSYPACT states. We specialize in affirming, trauma-informed, and identity-aware care.
Our therapy clients are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent adults who are navigating burnout, anxiety, executive function challenges, identity exploration, or the impact of years of masking. They’re looking for more than surface-level support. They want therapy that validates their lived experience and equips them with practical strategies.

Qualifications

Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with current PSYPACT authorization (APIT certificate)

Skilled in providing therapy for autistic and/or ADHD adults

Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, remote caseload

Knowledgeable about or aligned with neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approaches
Bonus Qualifications

Experience supporting late-diagnosed or high-masking adults

Familiarity with executive function, identity development, or burnout recovery work
